As the founder of multiple companies under the 44 brand, she and her team specialize in fractional operations, property management, confidential leadership searches, talent acquisition, and executive placement across all areas of CRE, Family Offices, Private Equity, Development, Architecture & Design and Corporate Operations.

But she’s not your typical CRE find. With such a wide and diverse skillset—she doesn’t own a blue suit, but will will be the one with lipstick, lashes, long hair, and heels in the dirt of a construction site.
